Discounts                                                                                                                       All Pricing is list pricing. We sell to authorized resellers only. Please contact OPW for your discount. 

Special Orders                                                                                                                There is no upcharge on special order merchandise.  Call for lead times. 

Cancellations/Returns                                                                                                           A 25% restocking fee will apply to approved returns. If return is due to OPW error, the restocking fee will not apply. Special order items and custom chairmats may not be returned.

Cancellations of In Stock merchandise will be accepted up to the time of shipment from OPW. Cancellation of custom chairmats will be accepted up to the time of fabrication.

Will Call                                                                                                                Warehouse hours for shipping & receiving: 10 a.m. - 3 p.m., or by special appointment. 

Orders require a minimum of 4 hours before merchandise will be available for pickup. OPW will fax notification when an order is ready for pick-up. It is the dealer's responsibility to pick-up orders within 5 business days of notification. 

When picking up an order, the driver or carrier should have pertinent information to identify the order being picked up; ie. purchaser name and purchase order number. 

Freight Shortages/Damages                                                                                                         All purchases are F.O.B. OPW warehouse. Care is exercised in the packing and shipping of our merchandise. Carriers receive product in good condition. When transfer is made, our liability ceases. Claims for damages or shortages should be made with the carrier. The freight bill should be endorsed by the carrier, indicating damage or shortage. Note any visible carton damage on the carrier's receipt before signing. Concealed damage must be reported to the carrier no later than 10 days after the delivery. 

Assembly                                                                                                                                                                          Seating: $15 per unit.

Shipping                                                                                                                                     All freight is F.O.B. Minneapolis. Dealer is responsible for freight charges. Please specify carrier on your purchase order. Metro delivery is available for a fee. Contact us for details.

Warranty                                                                                                                    Factory warranties apply. Warranties available upon request.
